O'Hearn & Bilinsky was established in 1988 by Philip W O'Hearn and Cameron Bilinsky. We have steadily grown a loyal client base over 20 years to become one of the leading medium size firms in Newcastle.

In 2000, our firm incorporated the practice of Mr. Bill Clarke. Admitted as a solicitor on 1 December 1950, Mr. Clarke commemorated 50 years of practice in the same year he joined O'Hearn & Bilinsky. Mr. Clarke retired from practice on 30 June 2007.

In 2006, we moved from our original location to our purpose built premises at the O'Hearn & Bilinsky Building, located at 84 Nelson Street, Wallsend NSW.

Our firm operates on the premise of quality and 'personality'. We have the time and experience to understand the needs of our clients and to act efficiently in resolving their matters successfully. We offer a range of legal and support services to cater for both small and large businesses and individual clients.

Unlike large national law firms, O'Hearn & Bilinsky takes pride in being in the position to offer services to both large corporations and to 'mums and dads' alike. Often our firm undertakes significant commercial transactions for a company and also does the personal work for its directors. We provide services to our corporate clients with the same degree of attentiveness as is extended to, and properly expected by, our individual clients.
