Linda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Newcastle and a Diploma of Law from the Legal Practitioners Admission Board. Linda was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1996 and to the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia in 2001.

Linda has been practising Family Law for over 10 years and prior to joining O’Hearn & Bilinsky in early 2007, Linda worked with the Commonwealth Attorney-Generals’ Department and a Newcastle law firm.

Linda enjoys spending time with her family and playing competition squash in her spare time.
